Terms of Service

Effective June 8, 2026
Last Updated June 8, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the Youno platform, mobile application, or website ecosystem.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Youno, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Tabania Technologies LLC, a subsidiary and operating division of Tabania Inc. (“Tabania,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). References to “Tabania” in these Terms refer collectively to Tabania Inc. and its operating subsidiaries, including Tabania Technologies LLC, as applicable.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

  • Binding Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tabania Inc. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Age Requirement: You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you are strictly prohibited from using the platform, and you must discontinue all access immediately.
  • Modification of Terms: Tabania Inc. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Accounts & Account Enforcement

To access certain features of Youno, you may be required to create and maintain an account. When you create an account, you agree that you are entering into a binding agreement with us and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You understand that access to Youno is conditional upon your continued compliance with these Terms, and that certain features, content, or services may be limited, modified, or unavailable to users without an account or whose accounts are restricted, suspended, or terminated.

  • Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You may not create an account using false, misleading, or impersonated identity information.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
  • Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Tabania Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
  • Usernames: Usernames must not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent affiliation, or infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or trademark rights. We reserve the right to reclaim or remove usernames that violate these Terms.
  • Account Enforcement: We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if we believe, in our reasonable discretion, that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or our platform policies, or to protect the safety, integrity, or security of Youno.

3. User Conduct Boundaries & Prohibited Actions

To preserve the integrity, safety, and availability of Youno, you agree not to engage in any activity or submit any content that interferes with or disrupts the platform, its users, or its underlying systems.

  • Network Stability Violations: You may not use bots, scripts, scrapers, automation tools, or other means to send excessive, repetitive, or high-frequency requests that could disrupt, overload, or degrade the performance of Youno or its infrastructure.
  • Malicious Content Injection: You may not upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content containing viruses, malware, spyware, harmful code, hidden tracking mechanisms, phishing links, or any other material intended to compromise user devices, accounts, or data.
  • Prohibited Communications: You may not use Youno to facilitate or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, drug trafficking, or other unlawful transactions. You may not distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, engage in targeted harassment, or coordinate abuse, threats, or intimidation against others.
  • System Abuse: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Youno, other user accounts, or related systems, nor may you circumvent or interfere with security features, access controls, or moderation systems.
  • Content Manipulation: You may not artificially manipulate engagement metrics (including likes, views, followers, or impressions), or otherwise engage in deceptive practices intended to misrepresent popularity or influence.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain full ownership and copyright over the original content you create and submit on Youno (“User Content”). By submitting or broadcasting content, you grant Youno and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, adapt, and technically process your content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, routing content across compatible systems, temporary caching, formatting or reformatting for different devices or interfaces, and ensuring delivery across Youno’s infrastructure and related services.

  • License Scope: This license is strictly limited to technical and operational requirements necessary for the functioning of Youno, including distribution, transmission, storage, and rendering of content across the platform.
  • Non-Exclusivity: This license is non-exclusive. You retain the right to use, publish, distribute, or monetize your content independently on any other platform or service.
  • User Rights Representation: You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit any content you post on Youno and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party or applicable law.
  • Commercial Limitations: Youno does not claim ownership of your content and will not use your content for independent advertising, third-party marketing, or training commercial AI models without your explicit consent, except where necessary for platform functionality or required by law.
  • Content Removal and Retention: We may remove, restrict, or disable access to any content in accordance with these Terms or applicable law. Following removal or account termination, we may retain copies of content for a limited period where necessary for legal, security, or operational purposes.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations

Youno is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabania Technologies LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that Youno will be secure, reliable, timely, or free from errors, bugs, or harmful components, or that user-generated content will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

Your use of Youno is at your sole risk.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Youno at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies, or where necessary to protect users, the platform, or system integrity.

Because Youno operates on a local-first architecture, termination prevents further participation in the network but does not automatically affect data stored locally on your device.

  • Local Data Retention: Content stored locally on your device remains under your control unless deleted by you.
  • Protocol Disconnection: Upon termination, your device may be removed from or blocked from participating in Youno’s routing and distribution systems, including the ability to send or receive feed data.
  • Device-Based Enforcement: Access restrictions may be applied using device identifiers and other technical signals.
  • No Reinstatement Guarantee: Because Youno does not rely on a traditional account system, reinstatement is not guaranteed and is granted at our sole discretion.
  • Appeals: You may submit an appeal through our support channels. We may uphold, modify, or reverse any enforcement decision at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabania Technologies LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Youno.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Your use of or reliance on the platform.
  • Unauthorized access to local device data or storage.
  • Content or conduct of other users.
  • Service interruptions, latency, or system failures.
  • Security failures outside of our reasonable control.

8. Content Moderation & Enforcement Authority

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, review, remove, restrict, or disable access to any content at any time for any reason, including content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve full discretion to enforce these Terms through technical, automated, or manual means, including content removal, feature restriction, or account/device-level enforcement actions.

9. User Responsibility & Risk Assumption

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and for any content you post, transmit, or receive through Youno.

You understand that Youno may expose you to content that is inaccurate, offensive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable, and you agree that you use the platform at your own discretion and risk.

10. Third-Party Services

Youno may rely on or integrate with third-party services, infrastructure providers, or external systems. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of any third-party services.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of Youno is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Copyright Complaints (DMCA Policy)

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on Youno infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown request to our designated copyright contact:

support@youno.com

Your notice must include sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized.

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tabania Technologies LLC regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
